This retreat was incredible. The whole weekend felt down-to-earth and effortless, but you know that anything that feels so effortless has real thought, experience, work, and determination behind it. Tara is kind and genuine, and she has such a deft and gentle manner. (Also, she’s funnier during class than any yoga teacher I’ve ever met. And her playlists are great.) I felt guided and supported the whole time, and I left feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and inspired to maintain that feeling when I got back to my everyday life.– Gwen Glazer, New York, NY
What a great weekend! I swear I was in a really wonderful zone for over a week..and even now I am spending time every day doing some mini restorative practice in my bedroom. Many, many benefits for me!
