What is iRest® yoga nidra?

iRest® yoga nidra is a deeply restful guided meditation practice that helps you develop skills that enhance relaxation, release stress and cultivate feelings of peace and well-being. Studies show that one hour of iRest® is equivalent to four hours of sleep in terms of healing benefits for body and mind.

You can experience Susan’s teachings and the power of iRest at one of Tara’s restorative yoga retreats.
