Explore ways to line up your skeleton to improve your balance and stability in yoga poses and in daily life. This fun experiential anatomy practice includes balancing challenges plus strength building and mobility increasing movements. You will leave feeling more confident in your balance poses on your mat and better balanced in your everyday life. All levels welcome!
