It’s time to teach your good old down dog some new tricks! Whether you hate it or love it, downward facing dog pose, adho mukha svanasana, seems to be one of the most common postures in yoga. We do it often but we rarely stop to explore and troubleshoot. This workshop is your chance to do just that. We will unpack and explore dog pose from fingers to toes using some unexpected props and different postures, to find ways you can work more efficiently when you encounter this posture in practice. Yogis of all levels welcome and bring your questions.
