Her classes include action-based instructions in asana (posture practice) that are informed by her study of anatomy, kinesiology, and creative movement. Deeply influenced by her study and practice of Restorative Yoga and its effects on the central nervous system, Tara also provides plenty of opportunities for stillness and introspection in her classes.
Tara lives in Rockville, Maryland with her husband Drew, their three children, and a big grey cat named Gandalf.
