Class Descriptions
Mondays 7:30 am & 10 am ET
YOGA PHILOSOPHY + FORM
Beginner-friendly foundational concepts and postures. Lots of drills and preparatory exercises. More form than flow. Also perfect for folks with yoga experience who want to explore specific alignment and actions in a slow, maximally accessible way.
Wednesdays 7:30 am & 6 pm ET
YOGA PHILOSOPHY + FORM + FLOW
Form meets flow in Hatha plus vinyasa. Drills and preparatory exercises lead to more complicated variations of poses and practices in a more challenging but still doable all-levels practice.
Wednesday 7:30 pm ET
WEDNESDAY WIND DOWN
Low key gentle movement, restorative postures, and seated meditation to help you wind down.
Thursdays 10 am ET
YOGA PHILOSOPHY + FLOW
More flow than form, a moderately-paced movement-based vinyasa class weaves together yoga concepts and postures.
Thursday 4:15 pm ET
YIN YOGA
Gentle movements plus long-held passive postures to tend to your joints and connective tissue.
Thursday 7 pm ET
RESTORATIVE YOGA
Deep rest in fully supported postures to downregulate your body systems. Often includes with a few minutes of gentle movements and guided meditation.
Saturdays 9 am ET
YOGA PHILOSOPHY + FLOW
