Tara Lemerise, E-RYT 200, was expecting the Ashtanga Primary Series but accidentally ended up in a restorative yoga class instead and was hooked. Special guest iRest® Yoga Nidra teacher, Susan Timmons is a longtime yogi and native Texan who especially enjoys the relaxing and easeful benefits of Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. In 2011, Susan received advanced training from the Integrative Restoration Institute® and teaches an adaptation of Yoga Nidra known as iRest® and is currently studying to be a Restorative Yoga teacher. When not teaching, Susan lives in New York with her husband and is an immigration lawyer who directs the Pro Bono Program for the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
Fall retreat special guest teacher Tricia Kull is a graduate of Willow Street and Body Balance Yoga teacher training programs (E-RYT 200, RYT 500), certified Yogahour teacher, and certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT). Her classes focus on dissolving tension in the body, creating optimal alignment, and connecting with the breath. She clearly articulates alignment instructions based on her knowledge of anatomy and exploration in her own practice. Tricia is so grateful to be able to share the many benefits of yoga with her students.
