Begin or deepen your meditation practice with this 45-minute guided class designed to help you build a sustainable meditation habit. Each class includes gentle movement, to prepare the body to sit, along with guided meditations and/or visualizations to reset and clear the mind. Join Tuesday Irby to explore meditation techniques that are useful in your daily life. This class offers a welcoming space for everybody and every body, making meditation approachable for all levels, from beginners to long time practitioners. Step onto the road toward greater clarity, calm, and connection with your Self—both on and off the mat. These classes are live-stream only. Can't attend one session?
