Course Description

There’s a saying that the hips govern all of our movements AND our emotions. They give us insight into where we might be feeling stuck physically and energetically. In this 3-week series, we will listen and transform the crankiness of our body into ease with mostly seated and reclining poses and drills to stretch and strengthen your glutes and outer hips, quads, inner thighs, and hip flexors.
