Take a break on Wednesday evenings to refresh and reset your body, mind, and spirit. Gentle movement, Restorative Yoga postures, and seated meditation come together to help you wind down, release and relieve the mind and body of tension, stress, and anxiety, as well as pain (physical and emotional) in order to move toward greater tranquility. This class is a practice that you can return to again and again to help you access your place of calm, peace, serenity, and clarity.
