hands holding flowers; Rest to Bloom Restorative Yoga Retreat

Friday, May 1 to Sunday, May 3, 2020

Blue Mountain Retreat Center
1032 Hoffmaster Rd, Knoxville, MD

Spring is the season of expansion. As life’s demands increase, and the natural world around us rapidly regenerates, it can be easy to feel depleted and unsettled. It’s the perfect time to pause and rest deeply, to take stock, and move forward into the new season feeling refreshed and ready to bloom.

The retreat schedule includes a energy-balancing and grounding active asana yoga sessions, fascial release with special guest teacher Tricia Kull, restorative yoga practice, optional massage, delicious nourishing meals, and free time for hiking and nature walks, quiet reflections, reading, drawing, sleeping, whatever you need!

This retreat is suitable for students of all levels and abilities. No yoga or meditation experience is necessary.
