Pranayama, or the practice of managing breath, is a fundamental if not often taught yoga practice that leads practitioners into a meditative space. In this class series, you will learn how to notice your patterns of breathing, why and how it could be useful to disrupt those patterns, and several simple but powerful pranayama techniques. This is a perfect series if you are interested in learning how managing the breath can alleviate stress, shift your emotional state, and lead you to a quieter mind. Everyone welcome. Really!
